Astrology for Changemakers
hosted by Leslie Tagorda
Discover the 4 keys to your leadership and your 1 key that unlocks them all.
The Libra Equinox
Rebalancing for the Season Ahead
The equinox is nature’s own moment of balance: equal day, equal night. We’ll use that energy to take stock of your leadership, where you’re already in balance and where you’re not.
In this hour I’ll walk you through the Big 4 framework: the what, why, how, and who of your leadership, straight from your birth chart. You’ll leave knowing the one energetic key that unlocks the rest.
Based on my new book, Astrology for Changemakers, out now.
Sun → Your Superpower
Moon → Your Soft Power
Rising → Your Initiation Power
Descendant → Your Partner Power
What Happens in the Hour
By the end you will
This is the astro-keys that map to your leadership’s Superpower, Soft Power, Initiation Power, and Partner Power
The patterns of dismissing, devaluing, or giving away your power that keep your brilliance hidden
We pinpoint where in your spiral leadership journey to focus for the greatest impact.
You’ll leave with your next step, not a generic one, named specifically for you.
Why Leslie, Why This
Why Leslie Tagorda
She grew up asking who she was before she ever got to ask who she was here to lead. What broke that pattern open wasn’t another branding framework. It was her own chart, and the values she was raised with: Aloha and Kuleana, responsibility to yourself and to the people you lead, reciprocity instead of performance.
She built the Big 4 framework at the intersection of decolonial thinking and a polycultural view of leadership, not a Western, one-size-fits-most model of who gets to lead.
This isn’t a class asking you to become someone new. It’s an hour spent naming what’s already there.

-
No. If this is your first time reading your own chart, you're in the right place. Leslie built the Big 4 framework to work like learning a new alphabet, not a language you need to already speak.
-
Bring what you have. Your Sun and Moon don't require a birth time to interpret. If you know your birth time, you can map your Rising and Descendant as you watch. We also have recommendations for birth chart rectification. If you're interested, please let us know.

No. This masterclass stands on its own. It's also a preview of the frameworks inside Astrology for Changemakers, so if you love the hour, the book goes deeper.
-
Yes. No card required, no upsell to sit through. What comes after (the book, AstroBrand® 101) is there if you want to keep going, not a condition of attending.
-
An app can tell you your placements. It can't tell you what they mean for how you lead, or hold up the mirror when you can't see your own blind spot. That's what the live hour is for.
-
That reaction is common, and it's worth naming rather than avoiding. Every placement in your chart is a gift, even the ones you've been taught to judge. We'll work with that reframe live.
-
Yes. This masterclass isn't about the title. It's about the impact you're already here to make, whether or not "leader" is a word you've claimed yet.
