In this episode, I want to share how you can set an intention of a new cycle of taking action with coherence, aligning your mind, body and spirit to keep your eye on your path in your life and leadership.

Virgo New Moon: Take Action with Coherence

This Virgo New Moon wants you to create a new cycle of taking action with coherence.

To me, Coherence sums up Virgo perfectly. By dictionary definition, coherence means “the quality of being logical and consistent.” You might describe a coherent person as being clear and understandable. While a person that is incoherent might be someone who expresses themselves in confusing and unclear ways.

When we expand upon coherence and being understandable at large, by your community, and The Universe, it’s not just about what you say. But it’s about what YOU DO.

Remember that Virgo is ruled by Mercury, just like Gemini. Mercury translates messages many ways. Sometimes words, vibes, body language, and actions.

Virgo is about taking ACTION (daily routines, practices, being of service, taking care of our mental/emotional/physical/spiritual well being) that is in accordance with what we WANT.

To tell the Universe that we desire something (more visibility, money, love, connection, impact) is not by wishing it to be, but by taking coherent action towards what you desire.

I catch myself not taking coherent action towards my desires. Maybe you do too. Spending on clothes when you really want a new car. Doom scrolling when you really want to catch up on your online courses. Hiding the best part of your offers when you really want to make sales.

There are all kinds of things that keep us incoherent. Fear, shame, doubt, life challenges.

But what Virgo teaches us about wholeness, is that we will never be free of fear, shame, doubt, or challenge. These shadows hold the key to what we need to learn and understand about ourselves.

To be coherent in life and leadership is to get curious with your shadows without judgements to hear what they want you to learn.

To be coherent is to make tiny adjustments in your actions, recognizing mal-adaptive habits and choosing a different way.

Little by little, you start moving towards what you want.

Little by little, you recognize the old fears reminding you to choose a different response. A response that is aligned to what you want.

To be a leader is to take aim and go where you want to go.

To be a leader requires inner strength and power to live a life of wholeness, wellness, and integration. There is no such thing as separating work and life, business and personal, hard and easy. It’s the whole thing. That is LIFE.

Remember, to be a leader is to keep your eye on the path. In Hawaiian, they call this maka`ala.

Your path (what you want) and how you want to travel that path (your star-powered approach), work through obstacles that you will face, and keep on going… is what makes you a star-powered leader.
